When booking with me, you'll receive 10+ location options with photo examples as well as any additional information needed for that location such as, hiking, parking fees, etc.. You'll also be sent multiple color scheme inspirations for your outfits & I can help you decide which colors would go best with the location you choose, if needed.
To complete the booking process I currently charge a 50% non-refundable retainer for all Portrait Sessions at the time of booking. Once that is paid & contract is signed, your session will be scheduled at the desired date & time, and can not be double booked, that said, the retainer is non refundable. Reschedules need to be done at least two weeks prior to the shoot. All further details will be within the contract, which must be signed prior. Yes I do have contracts that will be sent to you before our session. These have to be read & signed in order to book.
I always try to have a fast turn-around time, but the larger the shoot the longer it may be. Approximately 14 days depending on the size of the shoot & the season. But if I can get them to you sooner I absolutely will! Weddings will run longer than portrait sessions.
I edit every photo individually, making sure the exposure, contrast, and colors are flattering on all of them. Some photos may take a little more polishing then others, but I do not do any extreme body shaping, or wrinkle removing. I like to keep the natural beauty of my clients.
As the photographer taking the pictures, I hold the copyright to all of the photos taken, under the United States Copyright Law. But don't worry, you're still able to print, scrapbook, share your photos! They are yours for personal use. The only thing you can not do is use my photos to promote any business, if someone asks you to use them, feel free to give them my information.
I am currently accepting Venmo, or Zelle, or credit/debit with a transaction fee.
